At House of Mobiles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you with a smooth return and replacement process.
Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from your order
• The item has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging, accessories, and invoice
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Physical or accidental damage caused by the customer
• Products used, damaged, or without original packaging
• Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
Return Process
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Replacement Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement for the same product if it meets our return conditions.
If the product is out of stock, our team will offer:
• A replacement with a similar product, or
• A refund according to the refund policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for online prepaid orders if a replacement cannot be provided.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet, depending on the situation.
Important Note
All returns and replacements are subject to product inspection by our team. House of Mobiles reserves the right to approve or reject return requests if the product does not meet the policy conditions.
