Warranty Policy – House of Mobiles

At House of Mobiles, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality mobile accessories. To ensure customer confidence, selected products come with a 1-Year Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty services are provided in collaboration with Carlcare, our authorized service partner.


Warranty Duration

All eligible products are covered under a 12-month warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.


What the Warranty Covers

The warranty applies to the following conditions under normal usage:

• Manufacturing defects
• Product performance issues caused by factory faults
• Functional problems that occur under normal operating conditions


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

• Physical damage or accidental damage
• Water or moisture damage
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service centers
• Normal wear and tear over time


How to Claim Warranty

Replacement Policy

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect after inspection, a replacement will be provided according to the warranty terms and conditions.
