Shipping Details

All orders placed on www.houseofmobiles.pk are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

We partner with trusted courier companies such as TCS and Leopard Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our courier partners may change depending on service availability in different regions.

Currently, House of Mobiles delivers across Pakistan only, and international shipping is not available at this time.

Free Delivery Across Pakistan

We offer free delivery on all orders. There are no hidden charges, and customers are not required to pay anything extra to the courier rider other than the order amount in case of Cash on Delivery.


Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 5–6 working days
Other Cities / Remote Areas: 7–8 working days

Delivery times may vary during sales events, holidays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order contains multiple items, we aim to ship them together. However, in rare cases, items may be dispatched separately due to stock availability.

Secure Payment Options

We provide 100% secure payment methods for our customers:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch, usually within 4 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel your order:

  1. Log in to your account at www.houseofmobiles.pk

  2. Go to Manage Your Orders

  3. Select the order you wish to cancel

If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation will be processed within 2 working days, and confirmation will be sent via email.

For orders paid online, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days depending on your bank.

Customer Non-Response or Incomplete Delivery Details

If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to customer non-response or incomplete delivery details, the order will be held for up to 2 months.

If the order remains unclaimed after this period, House of Mobiles reserves the right to dispose of the product and deduct any applicable expenses.

Any remaining amount may be donated to charity.
