Shipping Details
Every order placed on thehouseofmobiles.com will be shipped to a single address listed at the time of order. Place separate orders for multiple addresses.
We deliver through reliable courier partners like TCS or Leopard, which we may change as needed.
We currently accept orders only from Pakistan; overseas ordering is unavailable.
Free delivery on all orders—no hidden costs or extra payments to the rider beyond the item price.
Standard delivery takes up to 5-6 working days in major cities and 7-8 days elsewhere. Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or unforeseen issues.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday; Sunday orders ship Monday.
We ship all items in a single order, but availability issues may lead to separate dispatches.

Payments are 100% secure online via bank card, or choose cash on delivery (pay rider in cash).
If you receive a damaged product, file a complaint with your Order # and photos within 24 hours at +92 21 37189376.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel before dispatch (usually within 4 hours of order)—we'll confirm via call. Once dispatched, cancellations aren't possible.
Log in to your account at www.houseofmobiles.pk, go to "Manage Your Order," and cancel. New users: create an account first.
For unshipped orders, we'll process within 2 days and email confirmation. Online payments reverse in 7-10 working days. Call +92-349-5020298 for assistance.
If the Customer Does Not Respond or Sends Incomplete Details
After the delivery date, if you don't respond, we'll hold the product for up to 2 months. If unclaimed, we reserve the right to sell it as scrap, deduct expenses, and donate the remainder to charity.
For parcels with incomplete details, the same 2-month hold applies.
